VENDOR SPACES

All spaces are approximately 7ft x 7ft. Please respect fellow neighbors spaces and don’t overlap.

TABLES

Please bring your own tables. Keep in mind that your spaces are 7ft x 7ft. NO 8ft TABLES PLEASE. There are 6ft ROUND tables on site to borrow.

CHAIRS

Chairs will be provided but you may bring your own.

IS THIS INDOOR OR OUTDOOR?

This market is 100% indoors.

BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS

The booth assignment map will be emailed the week of the show and be posted in the Instagram vendor group chat.

WI-FI

There is wi-fi available at the venue but it’s spotty at best.

LOAD-IN AND PARKING

Vendors may start loading in at 4PM.
MACABRE ALLEY VENDORS – Please park in the north lot on Lipscomb next to the chapel.
BALLROOM VENDORS – Please park on the street if the lot on Maddox is full. You may TEMPORARILY park in the main lot during load-in and load-out.

DOORS & COST OF ADMISSION

Doors open to the public at 5PM. Southside Preservation Hall volunteers will be welcoming people at the door and asking for donations. TICKETS ARE NOT SOLD FOR THIS EVENT.

SECRET SCREENING & TEAR DOWN

The Secret Movie Screening starts in the Chapel at 8pm. The market ends at 8PM. If you need to leave before then, please let us know.

WHAT IF PEOPLE GET HUNGRY OR THIRSTY?

There are food and drink vendors on-site.

HOW MANY VENDORS ARE AT THE SHOW?

There are 43 vendors split between 2 rooms.

CANCELLATIONS

ALL CANCELLATIONS MADE BY VENDORS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE SHOW WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND OR CREDIT TOWARDS A FUTURE SHOW.
UPON THE UNLIKELY EVENT OF THE SHOW BEING CANCELLED, ALL BOOTH FEES WILL BE REFUNDED OR CREDITED TO A FUTURE SHOW.
